"Another great stay at the Citizen M. I really like their working spaces, efficient service, cleanliness standards, comfortable and quiet rooms, fast wifi, still/sparkling water fountains and their overall model. This location doesn't have a rooftop like other locations, the gym is tiny and it will get crowded with more than four people, and customer service was a little less friendly than in other locations, but I have no complains. Every request I made from coffee to cleaning my room was met expeditiously. "

"The Washington Plaza Hotel has a neat 70s vibe, from the colors that decorate the property and the music played in the public areas. Really enjoyed that! I would particularly commend Shelby and Alejandra in the dining room - spectacular service and friendliness!"
