"This B&B is a rare gem. The rooms are brilliant. George is warm and excellent host. Any disadvantage from being a bit out from the centre of town is overcome as George provides daily drop off to and pick up from the local MET station which is a speedy, safe and clean service. Highly recommended."

"Stayed this past weekend for a football game at Catholic University. The location was close to the fields, so that was a bonus. Getting there from the airport wasn’t difficult either. Parking was not ideal. There supposedly two first come first serve parking spots behind a teal house, but good luck finding those spots. Street parking is limited as you have to have a zone 5 pass. "The property was just as it was described but also came stocked with some snacks and drinks, which was a really wonderful touch. We had no issues with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return when we have family visiting us in DC. "

"Overall the accommodations were great. Neighborhood on the surface wasn’t the best but there were no problems with the neighbors in the public housing across the street. My only complaint was I never had hot water for a shower."

"Home was clean, easy to find parking, and convenient to public transit via street car that runs to Union Station frequently. The host was very responsive when expressing needs or issues. We traveled with two senior citizens who struggled with the walk up to the 4th floor apartment. I live in NYC and not much makes me uncomfortable but the immediate corner has some folks outside day and night doing some sketchy business. "The managers were super responsive, check in was easy and the place had everything I needed for a short stay. Located near a lot of important landmarks, and not far from the Capitol, Wharf or the airport. I noticed folks in the neighborhood were also kind, alert and helpful."
