"Overall we did enjoy the stay and was mostly perfect for us. There was some confusion with check in/out process and parking but they were responsive and easy to get ahold of. Our biggest issue is that the general description says 4 bedrooms, 4 queen+ beds. The description does clarify this a little but we ended up bringing and using a blow up mattress because we weren't sure. The 4th bedroom is actually off of the 3rd bedroom. And while the 4th bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom does not...

"I booked this place to host my birthday. We had an amazing time. It may be scary to some but it is worth the money. It was equipped with everything we needed. The host, Mr. Loren, was extremely polite, responsive and proactive. The home has a theme that goes along with the castle, which is why I said it could be spooky/dated to some. Bring a humidifier if you are asthmatic. My birthday is around Halloween so it was PERFECT. We really enjoyed the game room. Game room could use more lighting but...

"We stayed at this property in transition from out of the country back to the states due to military orders. We stayed here for 2 months and were very comfortable. Coco was a great host with a beautiful property and allowed us to have our dog and two cats here. "The room was nice especially the kitchen. Room was clean with the exception of some what looked like hair dye with the grout. Otherwise property was nice! Staff was very nice. Property is in a quiet neighborhood by the metro. Wish there were more restaurants nearby but it’s close to Whole Foods and the Kennedy center. Would recommend this property! Oh and the beds were very comfortable "

"I loved the breakfast selection and the location. It was 3 blocks from metro. There is a Safeway across the street, it comes in handy.No bar on premises. Disappointed with unfriendly reception staff and almost non nonexisting housekeeping. We even mentioned as we left one day that our room was not cleaned the day before, so we thought for sure when we returned it would be done…wrong. Had to ask for toilet paper!!!!"

Comfortable Stay

"Our stay at the Washington Plaza Hotel was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was exceptional and priced fairly. It is an older DC hotel, but nicely maintained. On location is parking certainly worth the extra fee. The monuments and museums are within walking distance if you don't mind a little exercise. "
