"Made the booking, arrived and the building was boarded up. Called and no one picked up. The hotel took full payment when we made the booking. They didn't call and refund the money and explain that they were closed. We are now having to go through Hotels.com as they will not pick their calls up to provide a refund. We were lucky to be able to find another hotel on the night, but could have been different and at the moment we are out of pocket. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!"
