"This was a lovely stay in Otaru. Pleasant staff and our room was unexpectedly ready early (rare in Hokkaido). The free wine in the lounge is a lovely perk. Rooms are small but functional with hot water showers. Could use a bit more storage in the bathroom, but we made it work. Staff are all friendly and the breakfasts were massive and delicious. Thanks for the great stay!"

"Amazing place to stay, location is second to none for ski in ski out access with really impressive ski facilities. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Restaurants provided amazing dinning experiences including the morning buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend the private infinity Onsen provided on level 7 (at extra cost), of an evening the view of Mt Yotie was beautiful."

"The hotel itself is very old, however it has been kept in the reasonable good condition. The room used to be smoking room, I can still Smell the cigarette smell in the room. There is a safe in the room, please use it! I got my stuff stolen without knowing it till one week later. It’s very difficult to even tell the hotel that my belongs got stolen 5days after I checked out the hotel. Please keep your valuable in a secured place. "Had a pleasent stay and closeby main attractions. Do note that the stay is on top of the hills so its difficult to get to by foot. However, the view is very nice. "
