"The hotel is above a shopping centre without any grounds around the hotel, however, it is in an excellent location within easy walking distance to the old town. All the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The bedroom was sleek and modern with an ‘open plan’ shower/wash area. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located in a peaceful area that's just a short walk from the oceanfront and not far from the town center. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby. The breakfast selection was impressive, and the rooftop bar offered amazing views, along with expertly crafted drinks from the talented bartenders. The service was top-notch, with the front desk team being exceptionally friendly, especially Luis who gave us a warm welcome at check-in....

"A very welcoming hotel with friendly and helpful staff . All areas are spotless and rooms spacious and comfortable. The grounds are immaculate and there is one heated pool . Very much appreciated in the winter months ! The hotel is in a convenient position with a short downward walk into Funchal and also benefits from certain areas within The Savoy Palace .
