"We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and super clean, we slept comfortably here. All staff at the front desk spoke great English. We needed assistance making international calls for an insurance claim, and Takumi was very helpful in assisting us to make sure we were taken care of — this was greatly appreciated. The location was great to get to Tokyo Dome to watch a baseball game. We will stay here again when we return to Tokyo. "

"stayed here with my family of 6, had 3 rooms with all beautiful views all on the same floor next to each other. staff helped us do luggage transfer to our next hotel which helped us out a lot. right outside hotel has shops, senso-ji temple and plenty of dining options. stayed here twice when i visited tokyo and will continue to recommend and stay here myself. love it"

"I chose this hotel because it is close to Ueno Park and has a bath. The taxi driver wouldn't drive me to the front of the hotel--it's on a side street--but it is convenient. It's an older hotel, and it is kept clean. The reception staff didn't speak any English, but I used Google translate. They were helpful when I had questions. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"Very convenient hotel with great rooms and amenities with plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The Disney Shuttle was excellent, and being right next to the train station made for easy commuting and exploring around Tokyo. "

"Elegant hotel with lovely staff. All I would add is be aware the restaurants and bar aren’t open 7 days a week so it pays to familiarise yourself with bars and restaurants in the locality as well"

"Travel tip: if you find the mattress too hard, ask for an air weave mattress pad to be put on. (not all the front staff seem to know about it, so be persistent!) That made a huge difference! This is a beautiful hotel and a fantastic location with an easy walk to all the attractions in the area. Staff is wonderful, they have a very handy self luggage storage system, and the room was beautiful and spacious."
