"Great communication in English. We had a problem with the electric lock and they solved it quickly and effectively. Great soundproofing for an apartment right on top of the railroad tracks."

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"The board game theme throughout the hotel was fun for families. From the coin search in the rooms, elevator, lobbies to the changing trivia games for prizes the staff at Mimaru kept it fresh for the kids to keep them entertained. Friendly front desk ensured that luggage arriving via luggage service was waiting in the room on check-in. Great for offering suggestions on what to do or see or helping hail a taxi. "15 minutes walk to Dotonbori Street. Close to shopping and eating areas. A bit noisy from traffic. Hotel has all amenities including washer. Overall a good stay."
