"This hotel is such luxury. We were a family of four and our room was so large it was amazing. The staff were wonderful and so helpful and we enjoyed our favourite meal of the trip in the sushi restaurant. Most definitely a highlight. Such a wonderful hotel we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. "

The staff was top notch, friendly, professional & very helpful, having most of the checkin process in the room was very nice. Amenities & food were excellent! "The hotel’s highlight is its onsen, especially the one on the 5th floor! The overall service is good, there is live music, free snacks and ice cream in the lobby area. The ground floor bar is nice too. Given the remoteness of the area, an on site gym would have been good. The buffet dinner wasn’t too bad but it felt like quantity over quality. "
