"Clean and very convenient hotel, right on the Playa Norte malecón. Wonderful, helpful staff. Note that there is a lot of traffic and banda noise; you get used to it after a few days. This is typical of Mexican holiday destinations - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Great place, but the rooms are definitely not soundproof!"

"The key cards would not work properly and it was a hassle trying to get the door open. The AC went out in one of the rooms I booked and despite personnel going to check it, it kept going out till finally after a day they decided to move us to another room.
