"The key cards would not work properly and it was a hassle trying to get the door open. The AC went out in one of the rooms I booked and despite personnel going to check it, it kept going out till finally after a day they decided to move us to another room. That alone was very unpleasant to deal with since temperatures were very hot and made sleeping impossible."

"Clean and very convenient hotel, right on the Playa Norte malecón. Wonderful, helpful staff. Note that there is a lot of traffic and banda noise; you get used to it after a few days.
