"Good option for an early flight the next day from Madrid. Would be better if the shuttle service was more frequent. Got an Uber when we arrived, rather than wait 45 minutes for a pick up (€17) and booked the shuttle for the next morning back to the airport, which was great and on time. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. No issues or problems at all"

Three of the best art museums in the world surround the hotel. Shopping and great restaurants/nightlife just outside the door. Oh, and the hotel is great too. I was in a room on the seventh floor that had a balcony. Very comfortable room. Only issue was the shower leaked water outside onto the floor. This happens in many hotels.
