"There was no heating on in our room when we arrived, and considering it was -2° outside, we expected more the heater in the bathroom didnt work and it was so cold in there that I couldn't have a shower before going out.. "Good location - staff friendly and helpful - room lightening very dull to read anything only bathroom light bright - no lifts only stairs - beds were small I was frightened to turn over incase I fell out of bed - seems an old building g needs a refurb to modernise it - windows didn’t open to stay open enough to get signing and radiators in a timer room very warm- otherwise it served the purpose glad we only stayed 1 night "
