I have found myself a new retreat in will be back soon. This will also be passed to my work colleagues and friends. "Nicely appointed room with only a little noise from the pub (expected tbh as it was Saturday night) which stopped by 11.30pm. Staff were great and very friendly. Pub food was good. Room smelt a little strange and couldn't get the bathroom radiator to work, but other than that everything was great. Breakfast provisions were more than adequate."

"Had another great stay here. Came to watch Liverpool vs Man City and love how close to Anfield this is. I have stayed here everytime I come to Liverpool to watch football and I will continue coming here for every game I come and see. "

"This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. Host was contactable by mobile if we needed (which we didn't). Self service breakfast provided (cereals) as under new...
