"4/5 I feel is fair. Staff was nice and helpful, but you get what you pay for. Some areas were unclean, such as a stain or two on the chair and foot rest. But other areas were clean such as the bed, fridge, and bathroom. No bugs or pests noticed and convenient area with lots to eat. Second time staying here and haven’t run into any major complications that make me want to stay somewhere else. "
