"Doubletree Columbia MD is my standard of what a DoubleTree should be. The service was exceptional. The front desk service by Amina and Gladys was absolutely the best. These ladies were so professional and just pleasant. Not because the job required it but because they seemed like just nice people. Will be surprised if they don’t get scooped by top hotels in the world.Atmosphere was amazing. The cleanliness of the lobby was impeccable. It was like they were cleaning and wiping every hour. Our room was clean with not issues. This was our second stay. First stay we had to change rooms only because the person next door was very loud late at night. But even with that the front desk swiftly moved to a quieter room. Will stay here again for sure. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel before but it was several years ago. Honestly, it encourages you to want to be fit, with all its inspirational signs, which are also in the staircase…Inhave zero complaints outside one of the elevators wasn’t working. Staff was wonderful, neighborhood is amazing, so many food options, stores and the convenience of the 270 & 495 being right there is an added bonus. "
