I have never stayed at a hotel, including Hampton Inn, that did not even have any info in the room about the facility, including checkout time, NO paper, and not even a pen!! When I asked at the desk I was told that it met Hilton's standards. Pretty low standards for a Hampton Inn.

Everything was good but they don’t have a lot of housekeeper's. I left my room at 9am and came back at 3:30pm and the room was not clean. I keep the trashcan near the door and the towels in bags to make the job easy for them but they took longer cuz they don’t have a lot of staff for cleaning.

As always when we stay in Frederick, we enjoy our stay very much. The hotel is pleasant and conveniently located near our family. But the real reason we enjoy it so much is because of your staff. They are Just the best. We had to leave early this year because one of our grandsons was seriously injured in a car crash, and they were all kindness itself. Thanks to all if them for their concern.

It was snowing during the overnight we stayed there and not one single time did the staff mop or clean the floors of the lobby or the dining area. There was dried-up mud from the main door to the dining area and all the way to the elevators. Breakfast was poor. The only protein served were scrambled and hard boiled eggs. To get coffee, you had to walk to the reception. The room was probably the only redeeming factor of this hotel.
