"Wow, where do I begin? This stunning, intimate property in the heart of Franschhoek is absolutely perfect for couples! The staff are incredibly welcoming, polite, and professional. The food and beverage, on point. Although we had some noisy neighbors on our first night (not the hotel’s fault, so no complaints there), we slept wonderfully. The pillows are heavenly, the slippers luxuriously soft, and the attention to detail in celebrating special occasions is truly exceptional. "What a gem! Fabulous location in the “country” yet walking distance to town. Exception staff and I mean EXCEPTIONAL! Huge spacious well appointed accommodations. Loved the private driver service. Wonderful restaurant and an amazing full breakfast. Some of the furnishings are ready for an update but overall an authentic, idyllic home away from home. (* note: the bikes need servicing). We LOVED our stay and miss Bonita a her team already. "

The apartment was perfect and in a great location for experiencing everything the town has to offer- walking distance to the shops, restaurants, wine tram, and grocery store. "Spacious and very comfortable rooms in a delightful property. Excellent staff, if a little too formal / deferential at times. Only thing I can score it down for is attention to detail on housekeeping -teapot and cup not cleaned away one day. Stairs and hall carpet needs a vacuum. Would recommend especially for the tranquility. "
