"We had a lot of family in for the Boston Marathon. The house worked out well for that, good location a short walk from the T. Also worked out well for hosting Easter with a nice kitchen. It's a short walk to the Whole Foods, Jamaica Pond, and Franklin Park. We were able to drive downtown, to Brighton, to Brookline, and to Newton without too much difficulty.Host was very responsive. One issue was the description of how to get into the unit wasn't correct; it talked about the third floor when the unit was on the second floor. But not a big deal."

"We had a great time in Boston! The apartment was cozy and in a convenient location. Parking was no problem at all on the street right in front of the house. We parked on check-in day and left the car there all week and just used Uber anytime we went out, driving in Boston is less then fun and traffic is about 10 minutes per mile where ever you go, lol. Ubers averaged about 15-30 to and from all the local areas for sightseeing and was worth it to not deal with driving in traffic. Our favorite restaurant was a Coastal Mexican place called Citrus & Salt which was one of the most Beautiful restaurant atmospheres I've ever seen. Don't miss the Freedom Trail, Tea Party Museum, Fenway Park etc...The Apartment: if you chose this place you already know it was about the cheapest place this close to downtown so you get what you pay for so don't complain. We chose to forgo a nicer, more expensive place in exchange to be able to stay longer and it was well worth it. It's a place to sleep...basics, not fancy or luxurious, however it met our needs and Jessica, the host, is a sweetheart. This is the perfect place to stay on a budget and not be snobby. The house is on a steep hill from all directions so walking is not for the faint of heart or if you're into fitness it's a perfect spot to get extra steps in!. We loved it and would go back anytime! "

"We had a lovely time at Perrin Place. The home was pristine and had everything we needed. It was close enough to everything for us to easily Uber everywhere. Communication wasn't always responsive - I had to write 2 times to adjust my dates and the cost wasn't updated when I changed my dates, but I think those are VRBO issues not all on the owner.I would stay at Perrin place again. We had a wonderful family vacation!"
