"This is a hotel I regularly use at Frankfurt Airport and is my hotel of choice. The shuttle is free, operates every 20 minutes and serves both Terminal 1 and 2. Really good staff. Excellent speciality restaurant but only open Monday to Thursday evenings. "

Staff is very responsive, courteous, and pleasant. Rooms were a nice size, all clean. Easy walkable access to many things. After we figured out the underground (it's massive), had access to a spot across town a bit. "
