"More of an apartment than actual hotel, the sheets were soft, beds comfortable, the breakfast was really good and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I slept much better here than in the other hotels in Nuremberg and Munich. The walk to the bahnhof was a little sketchy but the shopping at the mall around the corner was excellent with an entire food court and plentiful options. "Excellent hotel. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Amenities such as small kitchen, sauna and small pool were great. Location in the heart of Wiesbaden was also a bonus. Staff were available and friendly. Definitely recommend and will stay again."

"Das Zimmer war toll: geräumig, sauber, die kleine Küchenzeile praktisch für Gäste die etwas länger bleiben und nicht täglich auswärts essen können /wollen und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Wir hatten bereits über 700km hinter uns und nach einer 30minütigen, verzweifelten und erfolglosen Suche nach einem Stellplatz (fast alle für Anwohner reserviert), parkten wir im nahegelegenen Parkhaus des Galeria-Kaufhauses. "Maximal 20€ pro Tag" stand am Eingang, maximal 16€ wurden direkt am Automaten...

"Due to some mix up, I was assigned a room that hadn't been fully cleaned. When contacted via phone the concierge was quick to re-assign me to a different room which was fully satisfactory in cleanliness. Included two small bottles of water, and two pods for the coffee maker. There was no iron / ironing board available to press shirts for business, and I found the pillows on the bed were excessively large. Maybe thin pillows would be available from the concierge, but I didn't think to ask....

" we asked for two beds and they gave us a queen bed. We stayed one night in these conditions with the promise of changing the room another day. They did change our room but gave us another bed that was together but separate. Smaller than the previous bedroom... in short, uncomfortable but otherwise fine"
