Last year, I wrote a review after my room wasn’t cleaned despite following the hotel’s new policy to request cleaning nightly. They apologized, so I assumed it was a one-time issue and stayed again. Sadly, the same thing happened this year. Even after requesting cleaning for every night, my room was left uncleaned —towels unchanged, trash bins full, and an unmade bed. Claiming this is to “save the planet” is crazy and also feels like an excuse to cut costs. As a business traveler, I rely on basic housekeeping. Sleeping in a unkept room after a long day is unacceptable. This policy needs serious reconsideration.

We really loved Adina apartment hotel. We arrived early and were very tired. Tauria, the front desk specialist, did a fantastic job to make sure that our room was ready the way we requested. The service guys were available for this task promptly and also did an excellent job. The room, including kitchenware was clean, bedding was fresh and comfortable. Location of the room was quiet. Groceries (Rewe) are right next door in the shopping mall. We are planning to book this place again when we are in Frankfurt! Thank you so much for being so welcoming to us!

We had a wonderful stay at Adina Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.The room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities. 10 minutes walk to main train station and 30 minutes walk to historic downtown (you can take the tram near the hotel if you don't want to walk).

Good hotel in a good location. Our room wasn't as clean as I would personally like. Seemed ro have been cleaned in a rush, dirt particles on the sofa, beddings ruffled, smell not so fresh. Otherwise it was a decent accommodation. Didn't like that they didnt come to ean even once although they said cleaning is done once in 3 days and we were there for 4. Tbey o ly came to give us fresh towels.

Overall, the hotel was very good. It was clean, large, and very useful to have the kitchenette and laundry machine. My main complaint is that when we checked in, we were told we could opt in to the breakfast for the next day for €17 per person, just had to let the front desk know before the next morning. We decided to get settled in and then make a decision after, so we opted to wait. We ultimately decided to get breakfast at the hotel, so when we came back down within an hour, the shift had changed and a different person at the front desk told us that it's only immediately at check-in. This made the cost €25 per person. It's a small thing, but very frustrating to suddenly pay €8 more for each person because two people at the front desk have different stories. The breakfast was at least decent, thankfully. The only other small complaint is that the towel warmer didn't work in our room. I wasn't expecting one so it's not like I lost anything, but it was slightly dissatisfying to see one in the room and it doesn't work. The area surrounding is a little sketchy so I wouldn't recommend strolling at night and I wouldn't recommend walking to the main station with luggage, about 10-15 minutes. There are lots of taxi services nearby that can be scheduled in advance.

The first room they put me in was filthy. Long black hairs all over the chairs, dust on the surfaces, stains on the sofa, it was disgusting. The second room they put me in was cleaner but there were hairs on the floor of the bathroom which was disturbing. On the second night the safe stopped working. They sent someone up to the room that evening but he was unable to fix it. The next day I had the technician come up and he replaced the safe. The next day the new safe stopped working. It was super frustrating. Cleaning only occurs every 3 days. I’d never stay here again. The rooms are huge with amenities I did not need. The level of cleanliness was gross and customer service pretty bad. The only positive was approximity to the Messe.

Located right next to the Skyline shopping mall and an easy walk to nearby attractions. It is about a 20-minute walk to Paulsplatz (one of the main attractions and access to the fuss ganger area of Frankfurt) and many other points of interest. The Frankfurt Bahnhof is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms were very nice and equipped with a small kitchen area and a washer/dryer combo. The bed while hard, was not as hard as some of the others we experienced while traveling in Germany. Parking, while limited, is available on site with easy elevator access.

I state "average" around the property because it is in a downtown area with corporate buildings, but that doesn't mean it's bad. It is next door to a mall with a grocery store and pharmacy, so that was excellent in order to buy groceries for our suites (which saved money on dining.) It is also close to mass transit options, which is paramount in a city setting. The staff was top-notch: very helpful in providing information about the city and providing items for our rooms. I would certainly book there again.
