If you're seeking a hotel experience akin to staying in North America while in Germany, this hotel may be suitable for you. However, it lacks the authentic German or European atmosphere typically expected. The front desk staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism, engaging in an argumentative exchange regarding the city tax, and I was overcharged for it (a reminder that customer satisfaction should always be a priority in hospitality). We booked two rooms—one of which was quiet, while the room facing Konrad-Adenauer-Strasse was significantly affected by noise. On a positive note, the hotel is ideally situated near the Zeil, offering excellent shopping and dining options. It is also a mere 10-minute walk from Römerberg and the Cathedral of St. Bartholomew.

The hotel is walkable from the Konstablerwache train station, and also able to walk all the way to Romer and even to Mainkai for cruise. The room is spacious and very clean. The hotel is near to shopping street My Zeil, thus, many choices for food and groceries shopping. Will stay here again if I visit Frankfurt in future.

We were very pleased with the warm atmosphere in the lobby area of the hotel, also the friendly service we received from the reception. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Nice property. Close to lots of dining, and shopping. Walking distance to Romerberg and Zoo. Parking lot is across the street so not convenient when you have lots of bags. Parking lot is also tight for modern cars.
