The hotel was good but I booked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. Which according to online they have, but come to find out when we get there, there is no longer an airport shuttle.

The modern and nice hotel is basically very close to Terminal 2 of the Frankfurt Airport. But the footpath to the terminal, especially with a lot of luggage is rather weary and badly developed - which is an issue of the airport and not the Hotel!

Conveniently located to the airport. Shuttle service available for a 6 euro/person fee but you have to walk around the corner to the Holiday Inn for pick up. If you have a larger group (3 person or more) taxis are available in front of the hotel and it runs about 20 euro for a trip to the airport. Desk staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Very good breakfast! Staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooms were small but complete. The bar stayed open since we arrived late. The shuttle is not too convenient - only comes to the holiday inn next door, and doesn’t run frequently enough so we used uber.
