"Great place! Helpful staff, clean, modern. Really enjoyed our stay and would return! Only complaint is the poor accessibility to pool/waterpark area from our condo(building 3). The waterpark was directly in front of our building but had to walk down a dingy back stairwell for access to that area. Not a big deal but found this strange. Maybe there was a better route that we couldn’t locate but the poor signage in the hotel hallways didn’t help either "

"The Employees were courteous and the property is beautiful. We had a junior condo and it worked perfectly! The only negatives were the washer didn't work properly and the mattress wasn't super comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Summer Bay again, the next time we visit FL."

"Amazing stay, most comfortable beds I slept in, great toiletries and we had all we needed. Would have only appreciated a phone in the room to call reception instead of texting on an app. All else is great, parking is free and ample. There is an elevator. I miss the place already!"

"I loved the screened in porch and ground level access for my 2 little kids to be able to just go out and play, while I sat on the porch and watched! Also, my sister stayed 3 doors down, and they were able to go back and forth freely between our condos. It was the perfect setting for a few days at Disney, a few days to relax in the yard and at the pool, and a day at a friend's wedding. We loved having the extra space (indoors and out) and convenience to Disney with reasonable prices. Staff was also SUPER friendly every time we encountered them!"

"We stayed in a villa and it was very clean, comfy and felt just like home. The only disadvantage is that it is about a mile away from the main pool and amenities so we did need to use our car to get around. Overall, Beautiful place and great for a family getaway! We really enjoyed sunset walk as they had lots of kids activities and plenty for the adults as well. We will stay again! "
