"Stayed here with my husband for a few days to not only visit Big Bend, but Marfa, Ft Davis for stargazing, and experience the surrounding areas. This hotel, with an adobe/western vibe, offered a complimentary continental breakfast daily which was a good start to our exploring days. Its location in the nice little town of Alpine gave us more options of grocery shopping, etc than the other smaller, tho closer towns, to Big Bend. "

"Rooms are a little old but clean. Property is next to a truck stop, so if you’re a lite sleeper you may have a problem with that. Free breakfast is limited but it worked for me."

"Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was lacking on weekdays because sausage and cooked eggs were only available Sat/Sun. Paint was flaking around tub."

"Pretty good. The room was clean and ample. Plenty of outlets for charging phones and electronics. Microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors talking at night. "
