The road noise off I-10 was loud in our room. We would recommend staying in a room on the other side of the hotel. Other than that, everything was good. It is a good place to stay for one night as we traveled to visit family in San Antonio.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever shaded and I do travel a lot. The staff was amazing and very professional. I really appreciate that. There are hotels out there like best Western. I plan to make more trips and I definitely will stay here again.

Abit lower quality than online stated. Very nice and polite safe. Quick and easy check in. No ice machine on third floor anymore. Elevators took forever to go up and down. Wish the blankets and bedding was newer. Not the worst place I have stayed at. Thanks for having us!
