"There was no one at the front desk at checkout time; there was a lady attempting to check in early, but she stated that she had been there for a while and there was no one. I rang the manual bell, but no one came to the front desk, despite the fact that some personnel were speaking behind a glass door. Finally, a man employee arrived with a threatening and hostile attitude, yelling at us. BTW, it was approximately 9 a.m., he had a Middle Eastern accent and he did not wear badge or uniform"

"My family and I wanted to get away from the cold in Atlanta to Florida for thanksgiving and I can’t express how much fun and relaxation we had at this home. First the host made sure that all our accommodations were met and always checked up on us to see if there’s anything we needed. The home is beautiful and plenty of space for your family.
