"Where to start…the pictures shown were obviously taken before Hurricane Ian destroyed much of the park in 2022. While this unit stood, it’s clear it was flooded and this host did minimal rehab before renting through VRBO. In fact, the entire community is under a “boil-water” mandate, the “central air-conditioning” was a window unit, the interior doors were swollen and didn’t close. Add to that mouse droppings, mold, and a washer that still contained salt and rust from the 2022 flood....

"Great location and very comfortable cottage, but kitchen equipment almost non existent. We didn’t need to use the enormous oven but no oven ware at all if we did. Very little workspace due to unnecessarily huge oven and sink. Outside space was nice but was in full sun with no shade at all so we couldn’t use it. Bed was great but bathroom tiny and could do with a shelf and a shower gel holder."
