"There was no one at the front desk at checkout time; there was a lady attempting to check in early, but she stated that she had been there for a while and there was no one. I rang the manual bell, but no one came to the front desk, despite the fact that some personnel were speaking behind a glass door. Finally, a man employee arrived with a threatening and hostile attitude, yelling at us. BTW, it was approximately 9 a.m., he had a Middle Eastern accent and he did not wear badge or uniform"

"I booked this hotel back in August 2017 for my stay on Feb.24th. I tried to check in with my confirmation number and they said that they could not find it. I called Expedia and the protocol should have been for the hotel to call me or Expedia to confirm the reservation. I think they ignored my reservation so that they could get travelers who were staying longer. I then had to drive 40 minutes back and forth to find a place to stay for the night."

"Our stay was amazing. We were there w 7 adults and 2 children. We were mostly outside around the pool and hot tub. Perfect for all ages. On the rainy night we could be inside watching a movie.Loved how open it all was. The hammock, with outside furniture, and grill were wonderful!There were lots of coolers and sand toys to use for when we did venture to the beach.Thanks for the wonderful vacation!"
