"This was an excellent escape home from the cold and cloudy state of Minnesota. We enjoyed the warm sun on the patio which was a blessing in disguise as beach traffic was was an adventure especially to Fort Myers Beach. We were able to spend more time in the sun. "This neighborhood location with a pool is very convenient to downtown Fort Myers, the river, the Edison museum, and McGregor Boulevard. It is not large, has just one bathroom, but the unheated pool is very ice and close by the back door. Parking is good, too and the kitchen is small, convenient and works well. "
