"I like the location and the beautiful woods outside on the back balcony. However, the decor and furniture look like it came from a museum the 80s. Also, I was unlucky enough to be on the lower unit of the two and had very noisy neighbors, which is not too good with a wooden floor and also a connecting door that I had to put cushions up against deaden their noise. This is not the hotels fault I understand that, but beware if you get a unit that’s on the lower floor of the villas. "

The Lodge feels like a mountain lodge from the 40s or 50s that has been transported to modern times with all the modern amenities and comforts you’d expect from a modern upscale hotel. The rooms are well appointed, mattresses thick and comfortable and even really good pillows. Great views of the lake as well throughout. Quiet. "The person at the front desk was friendly. The facilities were very scary to say the least. The facility is very ran down. Group of people in parking lot having a cook out. Room smelled strongly of years of smoking. Insects in bathroom. This one should not be listed on Hotels.com"
