Was able to retrieve quickly my online check-in and my two separate reservations for consecutive days. Visible improvements under the new management, with small but valuable ideas and consistency. "Conveniently located 30 mins from Gatwick so ideal after a late flight. Basically a comfortable room. Disturbed at 1am by a neighbouring guest on a zoom call but not from external traffic noise. On closer inspection, the toom was in need of a deeper clean and rhe bed was not made well."
