Staff, generally, very polite. We had to wait 40 minutes for our room to be ready even though we arrived at 15:00. Rooms are not well sign-posted and require a bit of finding. Leisure centre, particularly the pool, requires some up-grading. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would go back, which says a lot."
