Great improvements since last time. The lounge and patio areas have been completely refurbished. The rooms are getting refurbished too. The room we had this time was very nice.

We really appreciate our stay but there's no light on the entrance so we nearly missed it and the carpark was not treated against the ice enough. The carpark was treacherous both on arrival and in the morning. We were out there at 8am and 11am and it was not treated. I mentioned it to reception but saw no one go out and salt it.

Nice stay
Nice size family room lovely and clean hotel is spotless with lovely decor food was plentyful and nice the pool was great for the kids. Staff good no complaints from us. Good location to explore as west midlands safari park was within 20 minutes drive.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay here, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, room was very well appointed. I was here for Harvington Hall’s history festival, and this is an easy 10 mins away from the Hall. I would stay here again if I attended the festival in future and I’d recommend it to others too

Low expectations when driving into the hotel as the carpark surface was full of potholes and the exterior of the hotel was very tatty, tired and in need of repair. Pleasantly surprised when entering reception. The hotel has been updated and is modern and clean. Rooms have also been refurbished and are up to date.

What a nice hotel, thought it was gonna be a simple hotel like travelodge or prem inn. But it was so much more. Staff extremely helpful, bar food and restaurant fiid all excellent. Great variety for buffet breakfast and all fresh. Great swimming pool and other facilities. Well def be back again.

Great hotel. From the outside, looks quite rundown. The potholes in the carpark are awful. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as i entered the hotel. Everything looks recently refurbished. Our room was clean and inviting. The bar meals were fantastic as was breakfast the following morning.
