"My adult son, husband, & I stayed here and loved the flat and location. It was close to great restaurants, shopping on Oxford Street, Regents Park and tube stops. The flat was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Great communication with owner, prompt and attentive. Easy check in process. Felt very secure and safe in this neighborhood and building. Beds were comfortable, great closet & dresser storage. Grateful for the chance to stay here during our family Christmas vacation. "

"excellent hotel, I would definitely return. Excellent location, luxurious rooms, the bathroom is a bit narrow and too small for me. I need to add money for a king bed . very expensive breakfast. We asked for a late check-out the management asked for 150 pounds for 4 hours. Excessive in my opinion"
