"excellent hotel, I would definitely return. Excellent location, luxurious rooms, the bathroom is a bit narrow and too small for me. I need to add money for a king bed . very expensive breakfast. We asked for a late check-out the management asked for 150 pounds for 4 hours. Excessive in my opinion"

"We enjoyed are stay, location was great, the staff were always ready to help. Very friendly. We didn't use breakfast or dinner so cant comment on that. The beds were comfy. The only thing that we thought could be improved were the windows were sash so hard to open and the heating was full on. Lifts were cool! "
