"Lovely apartment but needed a thorough clean. Walking bearfooted floors felt gritty and a little sticky. Wooden cabinets in kitchen and living area full of greasy fingerprints. Duvet had about a two inch bloody looking stain on it, brought it to their attention, it was returned later in the day in same condition. Sorry to complain but it really spoilt what was otherwise a lovely stay. Nice staff."

"The property itself was very clean and well situated approximately 2.5 miles from the centre of Scarborough. Check in was easy with a coded key safe. We found the kitchen to be poorly equipped, fortunately we had take a few items ‘just in case’, this could definitely be improved but in no way spoiled our stay! We took a dog with us, the area of the garden with the hot tub is enclosed and secure so he could roam around while we had a soak. All in all a great stay thank you 😊"

"The location of the Cottage is 5* easy walking distance to the Jorvik, York museum, Shambles, river cruise and lots of restaurants and pubs. York Minster is also nearby. "Clean, comfortable, convenient, safe. Beautiful and relaxed setting just minutes from remote parking for the bus into York if you're interested. an easy drive to Haxby - which had everything we needed as far a shopping and restaurants. Eggs, milk, bread, butter, juice - all made for a perfect light supper when we arrived after a long day on the road. We were able to do some laundry. Enjoyed bird watching. Just a lovely stay overall and would definitely stay again "
