"We stayed in The Bothy, fabulous for a romantic night away. No noise from the neighbours but while the bath was lovely it wasn’t practical having it in the bedroom. The room does have a smell of damp and there is no ventilation other than opening windows - a quiet extractor fan in both the bedroom and toilet would be a welcome addition. For a romantic night away this is a great location but 4 nights it was too much. "

"A lovely little cottage in a beautiful setting. We only found out that there was no wifi once we had booked. This also meant that there was no Smart TV as advertised. The listing should state clearly that there is no WIFI. Also the information pack in the cottage gave no instructions regarding the rubbish bins. We had to ask one of the residents about this and then had to find a key for the locked bin! The fridge was very small which restricted our catering. We also felt it was shame that we...

"We had a great stay here and Clare was the perfect host. If you enjoy bird watching the wrap around garden, variety of trees and pretty stream will give you lots of opportunity for spotting birds. The property is in a fantastic location for visiting Chichester. I would highly recommend."

"A very unique and beautiful place to stay. With lots of personal touches. Beautiful flowers in the room when we arrived and some delicious brownies which we enjoyed upon arrival. Spotlessly clean, spacious with beautiful furnishings and a lovely big comfortable bed. We had a great nights sleep as it was lovely and quiet. "We had the best holiday at Jo’s flat in Ferring. The location couldn’t have been better - a few steps from the beach - and the neighborhood was quiet. The private parking space was very nice. "We had a wonderful weekend as a group of 8 friends. Plenty of space and well equipped for our group. We enjoying long walks along the coast and even managed a dip in the sea in January! The house was peaceful with a relaxed chilled-out vibe and the open fire was an added bonus on a cold evening. Communication with Kevin the owner was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house."
