"As described, this is a lovely little garden room with a private outlook from the excellent balcony. The host was extremely nice and helpful, and it is very convenient for the frequent buses into Brighton. Nice takeaway food nearby too."

"Great place to stay, lodge is warm and welcoming, it has everything that you need. Watching the sheep, llamas and donkeys in the morning is very relaxing. The hot tub is clean and warm and the shower is amazing ( is also a steam room). Really enjoyed our short break there."

"We had the best holiday at Jo’s flat in Ferring. The location couldn’t have been better - a few steps from the beach - and the neighborhood was quiet. The private parking space was very nice. "Was a lovely stay, great set up and location, perfect for lots of shopping and good food, the only downside was that the shower was not very hot at all, after a long day in the cold a hot shower was something we really needed, so we did spend most of our stay freezing unfortunately, bed was very comfy and was fabulous that you could connect your own Netflix to the TV, thank you for a nice weekend away :)"
