"Heater was stuck on 75, could not get anything lower when the ambient temp was 40!!!! The hallways were easily 80 degrees and the restaurant was very short staffed- however! The restaurant manager was AMAZING and he was taking care of all of the customers like I haven't seen before! Bravo for taking charge of a difficult situation and making our experience awesome! "This facility was very well taken care of and would definitely appeal to younger adults, especially those who are visiting Joshua Tree for hiking or rock climbing. There were adequate outside facilities for lounging and sufficient doggie dumping areas. For two "senior citizens" the room could have used a chair for watching television (the only TV-viewing seating other than the bed was a bench affixed to the wall under the TV), and the lights that were automatically on timers posed an issue for...
