Als wir ankamen hat uns die Mail mit den Zugangsdaten für unser Zimmer gefehlt - 2 Anrufe später wurde dann klar, dass das Hotel die Reservierung nicht im System hatte - nach viel Theater haben wir dann die zwei Zimmer bekommen und mussten am zweiten Tag die Zimmer wechseln. 2.
