From Maria welcoming us, to Isaac’s knowledge of spirits at the bar , a spotless room, exceptionally beautiful spa with pool, sauna etc. Our massages were fantastic and the personal notes , chocolates and wine in the room made it a very special two days in Porto! "The staff was amazing and very accommodating explaining their ecco commitment. They do not have traditional room air conditioning. The window in our room was small, but did open. As we opened the window there was a breeze. That gave some relief from the heat in our room. The square footage (120 sq. Ft.) in the room didn't work for us. We relocated to another property and really enjoyed our stay in Porto. "
