"Rm 308 was an upgrade and stunning, Great bed and bedding, lovely staff. TV confusing. Huge gym. About 25 minutes from IST, we were flying on the next morning so no desire to go all the way into the city. Wished we were staying longer. "I was severely underwhelmed with my stay at Elegant Hotel. From the moment I got there and noticed the wifi did not work. To the subpar breakfast which should have been advertised as nothing more than a little bit of cheese and pastrami. The bathroom had a very disgusting odour and there was no fan. I told the front desk there was no fan and they said “there is” I asked where and he said he would turn it on. There was no fan. The smell as soon as we got there from the bathroom was horrendous...

"Overall I was very happy with my stay. The hotel itself was great. Spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Great seating area with a dining table and chairs to eat. Extra sofa and armchairs so great seating area in addition to bed that is present in the room. Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Showers/bathrooms were great. "We had a wonderful stay in Conrad Bosphorus Istanbul. The hotel staff are exceptional at providing great service. The breakfast staff were very attentive. They kept checking with us to see if we needed more coffee or tea. The concierge staff were very helpful. Reception staff were amazing and ensure the smooth check-in and check-out process. Room are very clean, bed was very conformation, the air-conditioner regulates the temperature very well. I love the fact that we didn't have to slot in the room card to turn on the electricity for the room so that we could leave the heat on so the room temperature would stay constant when we were outside. The bathroom is beautiful and functional. I love the body lotion - very moisturizing and smell good"
