"Whilst the hotel is certainly not 5 star it is a lovely hotel with great cleanliness. Nice clean and fluffy towels and good linens. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast had a good variety for turkish and continental but was a good start to your day. Staff were pleasant enough. The location of our room was superb with a balcony and sea view. "

"I was severely underwhelmed with my stay at Elegant Hotel. From the moment I got there and noticed the wifi did not work. To the subpar breakfast which should have been advertised as nothing more than a little bit of cheese and pastrami. The bathroom had a very disgusting odour and there was no fan. I told the front desk there was no fan and they said “there is” I asked where and he said he would turn it on. There was no fan. The smell as soon as we got there from the bathroom was horrendous...

"Absolutely wonderful boutique hotel nestled right on the edge of Beyoglu. Everyone on staff present was respectful and polite. The property was well maintained and incredibly charming. One thing to keep in mind is they tend not to answer the phone, so if you book through Expedia the airport transfer may be difficult to schedule preemptively. "

Perfect 10/10 stay . Just so happy with this find

"Really beautiful stay . We extended several times. The hotel itself is very new and grand . The spa and gym is brand new , a massive space , very high tech . The staff are so helpful and assisted with booking beautiful surprise valentines reservation for me . It has exceptional selection of coffee / cafe / restaurants ect downstairs . It’s just so cheap for what is it . I would expect a hotel of this standard to be double the price . We will definitely return as soon as this week while we are still in Istanbul . Also I had one of the heat Blowdry of my life in the salon at Rixos ( -2 level ) have attached pic . I never even leave reviews generally but just so happy with Rixos . I actually lived in Rixos in Dubai years ago and I can say that Istanbul one is the same great standard. "

"Historic building with beautiful decorative details used throughout. Location is really lovely as you are in walking distance of all the historic spots. Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi palace along with the tram line too. Very went with an 8 year and perfect to be out straight away to your destination. Staff all were so lovely and helpful. Zuleha kept our rooms spotless. It was lovely everything replenished straight away. And overall just looked after really well. Breakfast was solid. I can’t fault it lovely team. Just the selection is a little smaller but that could be as we went out of season but everything is still good quality. And I love that there is no waste as all left over are feed to the seagulls. Wi-Fi connection is not the best. So this means you do need to get some data or eSIM on your phone. It’s just it would have been helpful for Google translate to speak. Safety all really safe and trust worthy and really respectful. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I ever get another chance in the future in sha allah"

"This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I travel to Istanbul frequently. However, this hotel was a delightful surprise for us. We had initially planned to stay for only five days but ended up extending to 22 nights. It was an excellent decision. The staff's interaction with the guests was outstanding. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, free of unpleasant odors, or anything that you might encounter in some other hotels. I used three rooms in the hotel—three rooms of different sizes and levels. All three were equally clean, well-organized, and the staff interaction was consistent. The hotel is excellent for transportation, with very close connections, and Istiklal Street’s beauty needs no introduction. "
