"We stayed with our adult children. The home was clean, well appointed and the setting was serene. You are close to everything but feel like you’re out in the country. We especially liked the coffee bar and the deck overlooking the fields with horses. We thought having 1 bathroom between the 4 of us was going to be an issue but it wasn’t at all. The host responded immediately to all messages. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We absolutely loved staying at the farm. Check in was a breeze; simply uncomplicated. The house was clean and spacious. The property was beautiful and oh so relaxing. "Richard and all of his family and staff helped coordinate things for months to allow my husband and I to have the best wedding! We had family and friends stay at the house with us and Richard allowed us to visit the property a few times before our stay to walk the property and allow our tent rental property to find the best spot for our tent. "We were there for my son’s wedding. 14 of us had plenty of room and beds. Absolutely the perfect location, walkable to the Kitchen Kettle Village and restaurants. We could sit on the porch and watch buggies go by. I would suggest leaving a bundle of firewood and matches. Took us 4 days to find any for sale. Will definitely be back!"

"We stayed at this property for two nights while traveling on our summer vacation. The property was lovely with the flowers and was clean. But my two major issues are: 1: the property was listed as a 4 bedroom, but only had three. There was a sofa bed in the living room (which we had to use), but there were no sheets for the sofa bed, except a flat sheet and we found an extra blanket. 2:the second major issue was the gps directions. "What a wonderful weekend we had here. The home is gorgeous (the plants are amazing!) and the property is beautiful. It's tucked out in the country but an easy drive to Lancaster and local attractions. Perfect hot tub and firepit time! The owners were very communicative and responsive. Loved the wine and coffee! "The Loft at Ethereal Farm was perfect in every way. We're actually local to the area and needed somewhere to host family for a night. I'm so happy that we found The Loft so close by.
