"The hotel room was extremely dirty with cockroach droppings everywhere. The bathroom was moldy and the carpet was extremely dirty. The bed had hairs and the sheets were wrinkled. I was offered another room that was not much better. So I had to make another reservation for a nearby hotel. I asked for a refund and i was told I would get it. It's been 3 days since I checked in and I haven't received the refund. "

"Loved my stay. It was quite. The room was clean and you could walk to all the hotspots in Strasburg. For how cheap the rooms are you more then get your moneys worth.
