"This was our first visit as my daughter and I usually travel every six weeks from London to Hereford by train but will definitely review our travel plans and stay again now that we know you offer fantastic value for money. Your receptionist was helpful, polite and friendly and upon arrival instantly gave us the feeling she really wanted us to enjoy our stay. The whole hotel felt as though it was new and that included our room and bed which meant we had a great sleep. I don’t know the last time I have stayed in a hotel which has provided a free gym with leisure facilities and will definitely return and tell everyone we know. "Nice clean hotel. The room was very cold and had a cold draft coming through the window. Had to order a heater. Tv remote didnt work, batteries were taped, had to order another. "

"The room was excellent value for money. It was spacious, clean & warm with a comfy large bed. The ensuite had a bath with shower over, it was a little dated but very clean. Swimming pool was lovely & warm, however it costs £4 per hotel guest to use. Parking was good, plenty of spaces, £5 per 24 hours. Tea, coffee, shampoo & shower gel all provided in your room. Would definitely recommend."
