"Great rooms and not above the pub they are 100m away in the courtyard so no noise from the pub which was good Pub was lovely and great breakfast room was cold when we got there but soon warmed up with the heating on "

"Lovely room with a view of a beautiful stone church. Excellent amenities in room. Room service provided us with a delicious breakfast. Very comfortable bed with a selection of pillows.Very gracious staff. There are some stairs you must climb to enter the building. Staff will assist you if needed."

"I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfy this hotel was, needed a low cost last minute night. Free parking, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the beds were really comfy, tv had good selection of channels including Disney plus and Netflix, which was great for us as there was a bad storm at the time. "We stayed overnight with friends in another room. Enjoyed a meal in the restaurant which was nice. Breakfast was also very enjoyable. Bar closed at 10pm although signage indicated it would be open till 11 it wasn’t a massive issue but why put a sign up if it’s not the case."

"A very nice stay. Though the rooms are above a pub, it was a quiet sleep. No on-site parking, but right across the street there is a municipal parking garage which wasn't too expensive. The Cathedral is a very short walk. The inn provided a nice continental breakfast. The pub scene was quite nice...the locals were friendly and welcomed this American."

"Lovely overnight stay on way back to Manchester from Cornwall. Beautiful room, large bathroom & comfortable bed. Food excellent. Had an evening meal & cooked breakfast. Would stay again."

"Charming and lovely property and owners. Our room was so comfortable and elegant that I'm considering decorating one of our bedrooms to match. Tiny little touches like fresh cookies each day and returning to our room with soft music playing on the radio elevated the experience. I wish that we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely come back. We enjoyed the breakfast, what a great way to start the day! The tasting menu and service at dinner was exceptional. We will definitely be back!"

"I had an amazing experience at the porch house. The staff was phenomenal. Very friendly and willing to assist as needed. The room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. I even ate at their restaurant and the food was delicious. There is long-term parking down the street that is easy use. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone."

"The property was in a great location with easy access to the centre of Stratford Upon Avon. This made finding food during our stay very easy. There is no car parking but the multistorey next door to the property only cost £20 for 3 nights. The room itself was nice and comfortable. However, it did lack a fridge in the room. For the price, this is something we'd have liked to have seen. The room also had quite a few cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Being an old building, this can be expected,...
