However, the slippers provided is not packed in sealed plastic bag . I am a bit doubted whether the slippers were used , left over from other customers. "Solo traveler. This was exactly what I needed. Clean room. Good reliable turn down service and very convenient location only 2 minute walk to train station. Check in on the 9th floor was confusing to find at first just not being in the lobby, so maybe they could add a sign for clear direction. Self operating laundry machines were nice.
