We lobed our spacious family room with two bunk beds for me and my three kids. Convenient location right off the main drag and closer to lotte department store and mall. Great restaurants and proximity to metro station. Rooms were clean and well maintained during our stay. Staff was excellent and very friendly. I would say the only draw back is the multiple elevators to get tothe room level

The Moxy Seoul Myeongdong was an amazing hotel and perfectly conveniently located near all major attractions. The property was clean, accessible and the staff were superb! We stayed at Moxy for 7 days and 6 nights. First night we had water leaks from shower due to some pipe issues. Nothing could be done at that moment. We waited for a day and our group got split up to two rooms on the second night. The hotel upgraded us to a suite on day 3 and we stayed at that suite until the last day of our trip. Overall, the hotel and staffs troubleshoots and make sure we had a room to stay. Moving from room to room wasn’t the nicest but at least the hotel and the staff were very apologetic throughout our whole stay.
